Refund policy

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 30 days of purchase, at contactshopsilkes@gmail.com, with a detailed description of your concerns and we will get back to you.

If the product arrived to you broken or defected we will refund you, but only if we are contacted within 30 days of purchase. The refund will only be done after the product has been returned to us and inspected.

The refund can only be made to the credit card that was used when placing the order. We do not pay for the shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds.
