Taxes:
The customer pays for any import taxes that might be added once the package reaches the destination country.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free standard delivery on all our domestic orders orders. International orders under 15001JPY will be charged 1200JPY, which will be applied automatically at check out. 

When will my order ship?
We will ship your package within 2-5 days after we have processed your order.
Weekend and holidays (Japanese) are excluded from our processing and shipping times.

When will my order arrive?
Japan - Within 7 days after shipped.
International - 14-20 days. 
IMPORTANT: Due to the current situation with a worldwide pandemic the shipping time has been extended. After the package has left Japan we are no longer responsible for the shipping time.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Shop silkes is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
